In short: The Odd Kingdom has no accounts and no analytics. Your game is saved on your own phone and is never sent to us. The game only sends you messages that your phone schedules for it, and you can turn them off at any time.
Who we are
The Odd Kingdom is a game made by Manpat Games ("we"). This policy explains what information the game uses and why. If you have a question, write to us at support@manpatel.com.
What the game keeps, and where
- Your saved game (your kingdom's progress, statistics and the outfits you have worn) is stored only on your phone. We never receive it.
- Your settings (music, sounds, vibration, notifications, number format) are stored only on your phone.
- The game uses the time on your phone to work out what your kingdom earned while you were away.
Deleting the game deletes all of this. In the game, Settings > NEW DYNASTY erases your saved game.
What we do not collect
- No account, sign-in, name or email address.
- No analytics: the game does not record or send how you play.
- No location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
- No purchases: the game sells nothing.
Notifications
When you close the game, it can ask your phone to show a message later (for example, when your treasury is full). These messages are planned on your phone; no server sends them and nothing about them leaves your phone. Your phone asks for your permission first, and you can turn them off in the game's Settings or in your phone's settings.
Permissions on Android
- Vibration, for the game's taps and buzzes (Settings > VIBRATION turns them off).
- Notifications, and starting at boot, so planned messages still arrive after the phone restarts.
- Internet: today the game does not use it. It is there for the optional ads described below.
Advertising
This version of the game shows no ads from any ad network. A later version may offer optional rewarded ads (you choose to watch an ad for a bonus). Before that version is released, this policy will be updated to say which ad network is used, what it collects and how you can control it, and the game will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Crash reports
The game itself sends no crash reports. If the game crashes, Google Play or the App Store may collect a report under their own policies and, if you allow it in your phone's settings, share it with us. These reports do not identify you to us.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If the game starts using information in a new way, we will update this page and its effective date before that version of the game is released.
